Kirsty Tinnirello

BSc (Hons) DipION MBANT CNHC

Kirsty's interest in nutrition spans 20 years. Initially it went hand-in-hand with a personal interest in health and fitness and studying for a BSc in Sport Science and English.

After university, Kirsty enjoyed a successful 12 year career in the corporate broadcasting world. Whilst on maternity leave, the nutrition spark was reignited when she found herself fascinated by the human body and heavily researching the power of food and nutrition on the development and health of growing two small people! Her interest in Nutrition continued to grow and she decided to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond.

During her training, she applied some simple changes to her own diet which addressed some hormone imbalance and digestive issues and also enhanced her sporting performance helping her achieve her goal to compete for the Team GB age-group Triathlon team in the Triathlon World Championships in 2017.
